This may just be your most divine patisserie discovery. Condra and Deborah have put all of their hearts into creating this welcoming and cozy space in Sebastopol, CA. The care and creativity that goes into their 'made from scratch' treats is extraordinary. At Patisserie Angelica you'll find delectable desserts including pastries, cakes, cookies, chocolates... and also a gorgeous high tea.
Almost every ingredient used is organic and all are non GMO. They pride themselves on seasonal, locally produced fruit such as sweet organic peaches direct from their local Farmer's Market... they don't believe in cutting corners and sourcing the cheapest ingredients, they choose to focus on sustainable, high-quality ingredients.
Afternoon high tea comes complete with organic cream scones, almond croissants, seasonal fruit galettes and Gateau Basque. Patisserie Angelica is also known for their fantastic custom party cakes, wedding cakes, and event-related dessert tables and cupcake displays. Unique flavors include an almond-based cake with brandied organic apricots and apricot buttercream, and their lemon zest cake with organic Meyer lemon curd. Chocoholics also have glorious selections to choose from (for a taste take a peek at the video below!). Baked products contain no preservatives, artificial colors or flavorings, additives, trans-fats (vegetable shortenings) or stabilizers.
Natural plant-based colors. Should someone still prefer the FDA approved synthetic colors they can oblige for cake fondant but they insist that it get pulled off and not eaten.
Fair trade products including organic Tahitian vanilla beans.
