Welcome to Ratna Ling, a retreat located just 90 miles north of San Francisco in the redwood forests of Sonoma County. Grounded in the Tibetan Buddhist wisdom traditions of meditation, yoga, and spirituality, Ratna Ling truly supports the healing and wellness of body and mind.

Non-profit organization with an aim to help preserve and give sacred Buddhist texts to Tibetan monks, nuns and laypeople who are refugees in the Himalayan region.
Ratna Ling welcomes people regardless of lifestyle, culture, or religion and a relationship with Buddhism is not necessary. However, Ratna Ling does uphold Buddhist principles, and all guests are asked to adhere to mindful practices such as compassionate, respectful behavior toward oneself, one another, animals and insects, and the grounds. Guests are encouraged to participate in free classes to discover more about Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism.
Fourteen bright and spacious cottages are nestled in the forest, providing accommodations for 1 to 4 guests with:

GROUP RETREATS: Ratna Ling Retreat provides luxury accommodations for up to 28 participants, with several spacious meeting rooms and gourmet, all-organic vegetarian meals. Facilities include a Conference Center/Yoga Room, Library, Classroom, Grand Dining Hall and Garden Pavilion, as well as audio visual services.
RATNA LING RETREATS: Ratna Ling special retreats include Mind and Body Rejuvenation, Awakening Self Compassion, and Yoga Teacher Training Intensives.
Two-night minimum stay on the weekends.
All meals and two classes in meditation, sacred art or Tibetan yoga provided on a two night retreat.
Lending library available during stay with texts to enhance and enrich your experience
Meals are served buffet style in the Grand Dining Hall.
A drug-free and smoke-free facility. You're welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy in the privacy of your cottage, however alcohol may not be consumed in common areas.
They ask guests and visitors to kindly remove their outdoor shoes at all entrances including the Lodge and Dining Hall, Yoga Room and Cottages. Clean “indoor only shoes,” such as slippers, are wonderful items to bring. Bare or socked feet are okay indoors.
Check in at 3:00PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM for Personal Retreats, and 12:00 PM for Group Retreats.
Peak Season (May 1 through October 31)
For Monday – Thursday nights: $239 per person per night for double occupancy ($478) and $339 per person per night for single occupancy.
For Friday and Saturday nights: $259 per person per night for double occupancy ($518) and $359 per person per night for single occupancy.
Off-Peak Season (November 1-April 30)
For Monday – Thursday nights: $229 per person per night for double occupancy ($458) and $329 per person per night for single occupancy.
For Friday and Saturday nights: $249 per person per night for double occupancy ($498) and $349 per person per night for single occupancy.
To add a third or fourth adult to the Cottage it is an additional $100 per night per person.
Unless there is a special event scheduled, they are closed on Sunday after brunch.
Children ages 3-12 stay for $30 per night and ages 13-18 stay for $100 per night.
Full payment is required to reserve a Cottage.
All rates are subject to a 12% room tax.

To preserve privacy and tranquility, Ratna Ling does not offer public tours. All Ratna Ling visitors must have a reservation or previous arrangements to access the grounds.
