What sweet nostalgia an ice cream truck brings... along with fond memories of childhood and sunny days spent outdoors. Now little ones (and the young at heart!) can enjoy organic treats, made and served with lots of love in Golden Gate Park, THE place to go in San Francisco. Delightful owners Meg and Siri, along with your friendly truck manager Ty, have put all their heart into creating a bright, cheerful spot filled with love for community.
Not your average ice cream truck, Twirl and Dip is a full service ice cream parlour serving everything from organic soft serve ice cream dipped in TCHO chocolate with a Maldon sea salt sprinkle (a crowd favorite), to toffee crunch sundaes, fresh popsicles and root beer floats. Their toppings are handmade, sugar cones hand rolled, including a specialty cone made with their own handmade honeycomb candy.
A certified green kitchen is used for the preparation of menu items.
Products are made with organic and locally sourced ingredients, wherever possible.

Their contract with the SF Recreation and Parks Department is designed to give money back to the Parks system to support upkeep and improvements so every ice cream they sell is giving back to the park system.
They've charitably supported local schools, the Homeless Prenatal Program, The Salvation Army, Potrero Hill House, and the International Rescue Committee in support of resettling refugees. They strongly believe in supporting women, children, and the most vulnerable in San Francisco communities.
Staff is trained on their philosophies on food quality, green waste practices, and water conservation, as well as on the provenance of all ingredients and cooking practices.
Green practices include recycling and composting, and plastic water bottles are not served to reduce waste. Instead, park visitors are encouraged to bring their own reusable containers.
They have continually employed minorities, women, and transgendered men and women throughout their organization.
